\u6211\u5bf9\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u547c\u5401\uff1a\u4e5f\u95e8\u7684\u548c\u5e73\u5e94\u4ece\u91cd\u542f\u8bae\u4f1a\u5f00\u59cb<\/p>\n

\u4f5c\u4e3a\u56fd\u9645\u548c\u5e73\u4e0e\u53cb\u597d\u7ec4\u7ec7\u9a7b\u4e5f\u95e8\u5927\u4f7f\uff0c\u6211\u5728\u6b64\u90d1\u91cd\u547c\u5401\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6c99\u7279\u4e0e\u4f0a\u6717\u534f\u8bae\u4e3b\u8981\u62c5\u4fdd\u65b9\u7684\u4e2d\u534e\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\uff0c\u4ece\u8c03\u89e3\u8005\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u8fc8\u5411\u80fd\u591f\u63a8\u52a8\u4e5f\u95e8\u6839\u672c\u6027\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u5173\u952e\u884c\u52a8\u8005\u3002

\n\u5c06\u8bae\u4f1a\u786e\u7acb\u4e3a\u4efb\u4f55\u653f\u6cbb\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u552f\u4e00\u5408\u6cd5\u53c2\u8003\u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u53d6\u4ee3\u6743\u529b\u5206\u914d\u5f0f\u7684\u4e34\u65f6\u5b89\u6392\u3002

\n\u6211\u6df1\u4fe1\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u4ee5\u5176\u5e73\u8861\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\u4e0e\u5730\u533a\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u63a8\u52a8\u4e00\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u8def\u5f84\u2014\u2014\u4e00\u6761\u4ee5\u56fd\u5bb6\u673a\u6784\u4e3a\u6838\u5fc3\u3001\u4ee5\u4eba\u6c11\u6388\u6743\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\u7684\u9053\u8def\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u4f9d\u8d56\u5c01\u95ed\u5f0f\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u4ea4\u6613\u3002\u552f\u6709\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u4e5f\u95e8\u7684\u548c\u5e73\u624d\u80fd\u771f\u6b63\u7a33\u56fa\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u56fd\u5bb6\u672a\u6765\u5960\u5b9a\u57fa\u7840\u3002

My Call to China: Peace in Yemen Must Begin with a Functional Parliament<\/p>\n

As the Ambassador of the International Organization for Peace and Friendship in Yemen, I address the People\u2019s Republic of China \u2013 as the principal guarantor of the Saudi-Iranian agreement \u2013 with a direct call to move from the role of mediator to that of an active actor capable of enforcing a comprehensive and sustainable solution in Yemen.
\nHistory has shown, from the Yemeni Unity Agreement to post-war arrangements, and most recently the formation of the Presidential Leadership Council, that power-sharing agreements outside legitimate institutions fail to achieve lasting peace and do not build a functioning state. Therefore, I believe that the only path to rescue Yemen begins with reactivating the Parliament, which can serve as the constitutional institution capable of resolving disputes and making decisions under the rule of law.
\nI call on China to support clear measures, including:
\nEnsuring a parliamentary session with a full quorum that includes representatives from both the North and the South.
\nCompleting the parliamentary membership by electing replacements for deceased members.
\nEstablishing Parliament as the primary reference for any political settlement, instead of relying on temporary power-sharing arrangements.
\nWithout such institutional oversight, and in the context of ongoing divergences between Riyadh and Abu Dhabi, the restructuring of the armed forces under constitutional institutions is essential to unify military and security decision-making. Otherwise, Yemen will remain trapped in a cycle of conflict regardless of the agreements signed.
\nI firmly believe that China, with its balanced international influence and regional relationships, can promote a different path\u2014one based on institutions, guided by the people\u2019s mandate, rather than closed-door political deals. This is the foundation for sustainable peace and a stable future for Yemen.<\/p>\n
